Nicely presented Steven. Time and again we talk about CX but the challenges we face are also real. How do you tackle the issue of resistance to change enabled by technology - for both service provider and consumer?
If a customer isn't using your digital tools, it usually means that they are not good enough. Everyone is used to digital tools, but we have a zero tolerance for interfaces that require an effort.

i worked for a giant brand company. my manager and brand mkt team don't really care about cx. they just care about the instant sales figure.
I love sales results as well. CX and great sales figures shouldn't be fighting with each other, they can be great partners.
