My absolute favorite city in the world Las Vegas..been there any times. Last time was 2018 before Covid 19.

Great food and nice people but it's become so busy I don't like going there any more. No parking, no seating, no room to breathe if/when you do get a seat. There's another place right down the street in the 168 market plaza that serves good noodles if you don't want to wait.

The dishes appeared to be Chinese at first, but when you looked inside the kitchen you realized it's Mexican food. LOL.
Shang's is pretty good, but I think Magic Noodle is better.

we have it all here in fairfax county. just a thought. google restaurants in the area of centreville, chantilly, fairfax va to be specific as theres a lot along those routes and areas.
