@@CA_AALE because dekhiye iss question mei tenant logo ka vacant hone ke bad owner khud rehne aa gayi udhar so as per rule if after the property is vacated the owner himself/herself starts living in the vacated property then in that case the rule (IF AR+VR>ER THEN the actual rent will be considered) will not be considered we will only consider this if after the vacancy the owner doesnt start living there .. hope you get it👍 Btw he got rent from april to oct which is 7 months becoz for 2 months rent wasn't received and becoz she didnt take any action we wont consider it unrealised.
