Starting early is the best way of getting ahead to built wealth, Investment remains the priority, the stock market has plenty opportunities to earn a decent payout, with the right skills and proper understanding of how the market works.

Making it out at a young age is quite difficult. I started a side hustle at 17, saved up and made some good investments. l'm 28,live on my own and having a good life for myself. Big ups to you and everyone out there trying

    Great video. V accurate.
    Some comments:
    1. Properties are mostly sold in euro and rent is also paid in euro, so the currency exchange difference does not matter
    2. Corruption, although exist is not influencing the property buy or rental
    3. Decrease of population is related to the movement of population ( mainly families) in the rural area around Bucharest where for the price of an appartment from Bucharest you can almost buy a house. In reality Bucharest and the surrouding areas have more than 3 m inhabitants.

An inside correction: there is a lot of undeclared population living in Bucharest, some statistics show that 4 millions actually live currently in the city, which makes it very crowded. Another one, the currency is indeed declining with 5% annually and the taxes are a big burden to complete them.
another important notice: we have earthquakes, and old buildings are not prepare for a big one, like it happened in 1977. It is a very safe city though, Take care.

    Hey Giorgio
    1) Which country is the best for overall real estate investment?
2)Country with high Airbnb rental from properties with less regulation?
    3) BRRRR… buy, rehab, rent, refinance- which country in Europe is the best to do this?

I don't believe statistics regarding population drop. The city is more crowded than even in recent years, especially before the pandemic. The official statistics might be wrong, I don't think they take into consideration de whole range of people that are here (students, young working adults, etc) but only the ones who have a declared residency in the city (apartment owners or other forms of residency). I myself have been living here for the past 8-9 years but officially I figure as a resident in my birthplace city, and this is the case with a large number of people in Bucharest, possibly hundreds of thousands. Anyway, besides air pollution and horrible traffic, the city is awesome!

Hi Giorgio, I am binge watching your videos, I absolutely love them! Thank you for the invaluable content.
I understand that your number one market in Europe is Bulgaria, maybe Varna? Am I right? May I ask you why?
GDP growth is much higher in Romania, also less population loss. Maybe because of tourism? I think it would be awesome if you could do comparison videos between cities. We could learn so much from them!
    Thanks!

Thank you Joe. I am thinking of making a video comparing Bulgaria to Romania. Do remember Bucharest is going to lose people at a faster rate than Sofia. Also Bulgaria has lower debt and if you compare Constanta and Varna prices in Constanta are higher even though Varna is in my opinion a nicer place

@@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 I don't think the population of Bucharest is decreasing, even with the Covid pandemic there still is this trend all over the world for people to move to larger cities, Romania included, so overall in some areas the population is decreasing because of low birth, relocation and migration but in the larger cities it's exactly the opposite, it's increasing.
