During morning walk we can see there are about 20-30 children living in the house and yet no police or welfare officers have ever visited the houses from the first day they were there. The children never go to schools and they are mostly staying within the compound of the house, sometimes you may see visitors wearing all black going in and out of the house who don’t talk to the neighbors and not friendly at all.
