The reason your tired is your using muscles you don't normally use. Ive been working out for last 7 months and i didn't notice any major changes in my weight until my second month in. Repetition is key, doing it every day (or every other day) and doing that for weeks or months is the only way to make progress. You can't take a stone slab, nock a chip off and then call it art. Keep going Henya, we believe in you.
