You had to slow and then finally stop your stride before the camera went to color. I'd rather use the light full-time and get 100% color 24/7. Therefore the older technology would fit me better and it also has a larger image sensor, producing crisper image quality.
Hi Thuan, The F1.0 super aperture allows the camera to capture up to 4x more light than a conventional F2.0 aperture. If this camera is in IR mode, this aperture will enable the camera to stay in colour mode up to 0.0005 Lux. Once the light drops below this level, the camera will then require some supplement white light to stay in colour, or will change to black & white and use the IR.
