So to decrypt "NSAAEYSHBSEOCDMITEET"
Formula is:
decrypt value = length of the word / depth
Then divide the chiper text into that decrypt value then (like if decrypt value is 20/2 = 10)
the make 2 group ( ndaaeyshbs | eocdmiteet)
then take one word from group 1 and other from group 2..... And make the plain text...

No we don't consider whitespaces in any Algorithm. Hence we don't consider for this(Rail Fence cipher ) technique too we don't consider it.

If that has to happen then what is the need of encrypting? The text willn't be safe from attacks...hence you try eitherways (depth=1 or depth=no of letters in plain text) diagonal placing can't be done!!!
