How to assemble an outdoor pop up banner

About this product
Every pop-up banner we ship comes with free double sided printing. You can choose to have the same image printed on each side or you can have different images printed on each side if you prefer. Along with your pop-up banner, you will receive a tough nylon carry bag, which is essential for carrying and storing your pop-up banner. In addition we give you a set of tent pegs which you can use to peg down your banner in soft ground.
“How to” instruction video
Please study the video before you use your pop-up banner for the first time. To assemble it literally takes just a second or two and can take the unwary user by surprise. That’s because it springs open as soon as you unzip and remove it from its carry bag. Once you have used it however there is a technique for folding it up again and packing it safely end to it carry back. So please do make sure that you watch the instruction video right to the end where you can see exactly how to repack it using what we call the “figure of eight” method.
Product care
Your pop-up has been made to the highest possible standards right here in our UK printing and sewing facility. We test every unit before it is packed and dispatched so you can be confident that you receive a perfect product every time. The display is very robust indeed, but there are a couple of golden rules which you will need to follow to get the maximum lifespan out of your display. Firstly, as mentioned before, please do study the video to make sure you know exactly how to repack the pop-up banner without damaging it. Always use the “figure of eight” method as demonstrated in the video. Another key product care point is to make sure that the banner is completely dry before you store it. This can be done either before you return it to its bag and head for home or it can be done once you arrive back at base and have a chance to take it out and let it dry thoroughly before long-term storage. What this does is to prevent the possibility of any mold developing on a damp fabric. This is no different to any other fabric which needs to be fully dried before storage. Install
As you can see from the video, it really is a piece of cake to use one of our pop-up banners. The sprung fibre glass frame does all the heavy lifting for you. These have been carefully designed for outdoor use as well as indoor use. When used outdoors, you will need to stabilize the pop-up banner in some way.
There are two main methods for stabilising your outdoor pop-up banner when used outdoors. Firstly, the best option is to use the tent pegs supplied, you simply drive these into the ground as you would expect. However, if you are deploying your displays on hard standing, for example a roadway or car park, then please make sure you are prepared to stabilize the unit in another way. You will notice the straps underneath the pop-up burner which hold it in shape when in use. If you are deploying on hard surfaces then all you need to use are some weights to sit on those straps and hold it down. Such weights can be bricks heavy objects or any other suitable item which is to hand. Many of our clients use Jerry cans filled with water for this purpose so please do be prepared for this eventuality. Bear in mind that you can of course use these indoors as well, where we would not expect you to come across any significant wind so, generally, he will not need any further stabilization when used indoors.
