I used to be really really bad about raging and getting mad. Back when I was on Xbox I was communications banned over a dozen times for rage messaging people. When I switched to PC and my channel started picking up, I decide I didn't want to be that way anymore. Over the course of a year, with lots of conscious effort, I was able to change that. It was difficult to do, but now I genuinely just do not get mad at the game or players, I just don't care that way anymore. Just trying to have fun lol.
