    Hey Brandon,
I am looking to get further involved in fix-and-flip and fix-and-rent properties. Would you recommend a relatively new investor like myself to work with local realtors to find properties that are the right fit for me?
Since subscribing to this channel, I have learned an incredible amount of valuable information to help accomplish my real estate goals. Thanks for the great info!

This was very informative. Great questions to consider no matter what side of the table you sit on.

I like Fundrise.com! Don't need to be an accredited investor. No dealing with the 3 t's. Tenants, toilets, trash.

Brandon, it would be helpful if you could explain securities law aspect of these investments. Big elephant in the room?

Can you explain what happens if the property goes in default/ bankruptcy? I have heard that some companies like peer street you are protected, but with lower interest rates 6% VS much higher returns 9-11% but you there is more chance of default on the loan. Can you please shed some light on this. Thanks 🙏🏻

Hi Brandon, wouldn't this be similar to a syndication and have some SEC issues involved?

Hey how about the other side of the crowdfunding? Where you are the one being funded? How do you get the crowd to fund you?

We are looking to buy a building and have 2 sisters who want to invest about 7% of the loan amount. Where do I learn about how to structure their retun on investment? How much equity would they get? 7%?

Tried to sign up with Groundfloor for 6 months. They're having issues with their 3rd party fund transfer service.

So, if a "crowd" of 20 people each invest $5,000 to purchase a $100,000 piece of property that rents out for $1200 per month minus $200 in overhead = $1000/month profit. that leaves each of the 20 investors with $50 per month. 🙄 It will take 100 months for them to recoup their initial investment. Nah. I think I'd rather just partner with one strong investor and buy, fix and flip all day every day.

I lost him when he said that the road panels produce more energy than the world will ever use. It’s one of the dumbest things I ever heard.

Haha, solar roadways....what a silly idea. Obviously not practical. If it sounds to good to be true.......
