Ingredients:
eggs - 2 pieces
sugar - 100 g (3.5 oz)
oil - 70 ml (2.3 fl oz)
flour - 170 g (6 oz)
cocoa - 40 g (1.4 oz)
baking powder - 4 g (0.14 oz)
sodium bicarbonate - 3 g (0.11 oz)
boiled water- 130 ml (4,4 fl oz)
Tray diameter 20 cm (8 in)
IN THE OVEN 180° C (356 °F)/25 min
dark chocolate - 80 g (2.82 oz)
oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
lemon - 1 piece
condensed milk - 20 g (0.7 oz)
water - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)

Can you use butter in place of oil?
I was considering the same. Haven't made this yet but when I do I will replace the oil with the same amount melted butter (and I use salted as it enhances the sweet beautifully ;))
Why did you add boiled water
I’d prefer a milk chocolate ganache topping
Why does the cake look like that when it comes out the oven. Mine have slight rounding but are moist and delicious.

The recipe is confusing for me because I'm used to measuring in cups not oz or grams or weight.
Metric system....used by the majority of countries in the world!
