you can also consider c20 with relatively lower price and performance but it all comes down to your bandwidth and usage for a 50-200 Mbps connection I would suggest c20

Could you please help me choose a good router for a 1200 sqft house? The provided speed could be around 100-150 MBPS (Wifi 4, 802.11n). I need something good that can pierce through rooms and can be ready for future upgrades for a few years. Budget is not a concern. Our technician recommended D-Link DIR-X1560 AX 1500, but it has too many complaints on Amazon. The low rating is bothering me. Please help.

@Abhay yadav Oh. Range is quite decent. 3 rooms tak easily jaata hai. Maine kai routers dekhe hai jinki range bhale hi thodi zyaada lagti hai but speed bahut drastically drop ho jaati hai with distance. But iske saath aisa nhi notice kiya maine jahan tak achhi speed de sakta hai waha tak hi range aati hai and that makes sense to me. Aur ek aur point, agar aap Gigabit ports use nhi karne waale to iss router pr spend karna utna worth nhi rahega. Matlab agar aapka plan 100 Mbps se upar hai to definitely consider it as an option.
Worst range best is tenda ac10 i m using both

1. Are these routers garunteed to give this much speed or it it the max speed they can give?
2. How am I supposed to know their speed in megabytes instead of megabits
For your second question, convert MB to Mb or vice versa.
For the question probably max speed. Cause it depends upon your provider whether there is high traffic or low or poor cable connectivity.
