Let's calculate
A bmw car around 40-50 lakh
Your annual ctc28-30 lakhs
After deductions in hand would be around 15-17 lakhs
Your annual savings 10lakhs
4years it would be 40lakhs(accidental expenses are excluded)
Now u can also take car loan at much lower intrest rate
Let, intrest rate be 6%
And u take 10lakh loan (emi would be around 16k/month) on 5th year u can easily purchase. bmw.
After few year (5)it will high now it is about 20 to 24 lakhs after 5years I will about 27to 30 with deduction ok .it is not my opinion it is a report.
