Learn How to Read - 18

You can learn how to read by following along in the Reading Blocks Series of videos. These videos are based on the Reading Blocks Program - Reading Blocks: A Step By Step Method to Teach Reading.
Start with the introduction video to see an overview of the reading program.
Then begin with video 1 and follow along. Your child can use a whiteboard and marker or pencil and paper to practice writing and saying the sounds along with the video as the sounds are introduced and practiced.
The Reading Blocks videos follow the sequence of the Reading Blocks: A Step By Step Method to Teach Reading program. Your child can watch and re-watch each video as often as needed to learn the sounds in each video. Once the sounds in the video are easy for the child, move on to the next video.
Before you know it, your child will be reading!
These videos are also great for anyone who speaks a language other than English and wants to learn how to read in English.
This video reviews the sounds, word families and sight words from Blocks 1-4 and introduces the new sounds for Block 5 of the Reading Blocks reading program. The new sounds introduced in this video are: q(u), u, v, x, y, ff, zz.
