Think of Trucks (with AC is compulsory). It is one of the fastest growing sector. Worth keeping at your watch list. There are some competitors to this one good example is Amber enterprises. Even this stock has seen a lot of momentum in last 6months /1 year.
To keep control on climate , there is Micro channel Heat exchanger technology has come up with which replace copper condenser coil which they dont manufactured.

Not subsidiary viz pvt ltd, funds will be spent in establishing pvt ltd subsidiary whose profit n all b/s items etc will be consolidated with parent co.... Their shares will be automatically diluted ( including wholly owned subsidiary becoz it belongs to the listing company). Why a pvt ltd entity name, why not expanding in the same company.??

Bcoz parent company don’t want to give their share to outsiders so they create a subsidiary and list them on stock market

Yes there is a huge benefit. In rajasthan Govt gives lot of Greenfield tax tax benefit and other perks for new factory setup.
