Dont worry about oxidization, If you get a much lighter shade, you can mix the two and get a really skin identical shade to yours and with two bottles (lighter and darker) you have a long supply of foundation!

You are exactly my shade . NC42 is yellowish a bit for me ,NC 40 is ok ok but huda shade machiato really works well.

You look like you have an olive undertone those mac shades dont work well with olive undertones get a blue pigment mixer or mix a dark and a light.

The shade is way too light. I think you’re around nc45, with an olive undertone.
