How I Clean Smaller Perch Fast!

We call this the "unzip 'em" method for cleaning perch. You do have to deal with the bones when eating the meat, but it's no big deal.

You probably get a lot of hate for that. If he was going to survive why wouldn't you let him go? I hope you're not in Ohio. We already have a perch shortage.

Hmmm. Sorry to hear of that shortage in Ohio. No shortage of perch in this lake. I prefer to keep smaller fish and release the big ones to reproduce.
