Rock Island Armory - Rock Standard FS 9mm 1911 model
The Rock Standard FS is built in traditional 70-series design and delivered with our top quality production and engineering standards. This pistol is chambered in 9mm with a 5" button rifled barrel supported by a full length guide rod. Smooth-angled, snag-free style allows for quick draw in fast need situations. Includes a low profile angled rear sight along with skeletonized hammer and trigger with adjustable over travel stop and ambidextrous safety. It's finished with a tough parkerized matte coating and comes with checkered rubber grips. True to all Rock Island 1911s, the Rock Standard comes with a crisp, factory 4- to 6-pound trigger to give you a great experience right out of the box.
Ive heard a lot of people say that a 1911 in 9mm isn't reliable the 1911 platform was designed for the 45 not a 9mm
Thank you sir. It depends on where you’re going to use it and on what makes you happy. Most people use a 1911 cal in 9mm for minor category sports shooting competition for less recoil and much better control of the gun.

Sir advise ko lang po sa inyo, palitan nyo na yung hammer, yung sakin kasi brand-new hindi pa nakakadalawang magazine naputol agad and nabasa ko rin sa group na madali daw po talaga maputol ang hammer ng RIA/ARMSCOR

Good day sir. Sorry sa late response po. Umabot po ng 32k itong unit, kasama na po ang lisensya na 10yrs validity. So far naman po ay walang problema ang unit, maganda pa din po mamutok and wala pang stock part na nasira po.

Yes sir. Sing action po, 1911 government model, cal 9mm po kaya napakahina ng recoil unlike sa cal 45 and polymer frames po.
How many lbs po sir ang recoil spring nyo sir if ipanglalaro sir?hammer spring?pls share po internal parts.thank you in advance.
Siguro you can try on using a 9lb to 12lb recoil spring and 17lb main spring. Working and no stampede with my competition load. 3.3 g. Keeps slide moving fast enough and not sluggish while preventing the nose from diving upon re chambering.

@@BLiNK.TACTiCAL ah ok salamat. Nag DP dati ako sa armscor ng 9mm MS rock ultra way back 2019 kaso inabot ng pandemic. 6mos yung releasing kaya abot sa pandemic hindi ko na nakuha. Wala na sila 9mm sa MS and CS.
