Hello Adam Thank you for the video, it was very informative. I have the NG1 tomorrow. In the workplace I am a Project engineering manager and my thoughts on your explanation of understanding the underpinnings of how to apply your knowledge of H&S and then building the answer to put word to paper is a really important one. I think this is were the open book exam helps people like myself who have applied H&S to the workplace for 25 years "hopefully" to give a good answers and pass the exam. It is one thing to regurgitate information and another to understand were it is applicable in the workplace. My main challenge on exam day I feel is if I go from my experience and lets say wording in referencing the scenario, and maybe do not use the correct jargon from for instance HASAWA etc and that may be what Nebosh require. I feel I will have the correct answer that would keep people safe in the workplace, but in giving my answer from the scenario and the task on exam day hope that is what Nebosh are looking for.
