Ryuichi Sato said on his website that right when Tokonatsu Hime was about to be released by Efflux, his father suddenly passed away, giving Kidorikko no time or energy to promote the album. Efflux released it anyway, and its presumed commercial failure because of this is probably why this album isn't nearly as well-known as Kidorikko's other releases nowadays (and one of the many reasons why the band split up).
Baltic 2月 really hits you with the cartronish ass instrumental and then all of a sudden the chorus is the most heavenly thing you’ve ever heard. I love this band
