Washing Machine - Purchased 7/5/23 from AC Carlson, Minneapolis, MN

We finally figured out how to capture and upload a video.
This has been a recurring problem and one technician came out and looked at it.
It makes and excruciating load noise and we stop it and shuffle the laundry around and restart it. This time it shows there is hardly any laundry in the tub and you can get a feel for how loud it is.

That my good sir is a bad Shift Actuator. This is why I went with Samsung & Got me a front loader.. haven’t had a single issue with it since I got it 8 years ago.

Maytag used to be very good but, not any more, no dependability.
