    Actually, that is "not" the only operating Gold mine in Colorado, commercially? Yes. But not the only one.

    It's disgusting how you have destroyed the mountain for your gold. Destroying a mountain should be illegal period. IColorado's mountains should be considered national treasures and I hope the state at least brings this to the attention of the federal government and gets the laws changed.

      Yep I lived there in the late 70s. Casinos destroyed the charm in the late 80s. The entire area between Victor and cripple creek is an open pit. GREED
