In the U.S, supermarket takeouts or even eat-ins are quite coomen. It is also a feature of gas station/convenience stores. One of the best near me is a gas station with a very complete taco stand. It makes gassing up your car a wonderful experience.
Yeah, presumably because in the US the supermarkets like Walmart are much larger (actually combining both what Brits would call a supermarket AND a department store) and so are usually standalone (or paired with other big department stores, i.e. hardware or electronics) on more isolated blocks of land rather than among other shops in a high street or shopping centre which in Britain might include regular takeaways unrelated to the supermarket.
Even before watching, the idea of take away kitchens in supermarkets sounds great as since Sir Ken Morrison past its now a cheap deal, but could imagine doing a bit of shopping and coming across a Philly Cheasestake BBQ stall, a Caribbean grill or a freshly made Italian Carbonara!

@@Manos-de-Piedra - Who the hell am I? I'm just a regular viewer. I'll tell you who the hell I'm definitely not: Danny or a Rate My Takeaway staffer. Which is why I don't respond to comments aimed at those people as if they are addressed to me. What's your reason for doing so? If you are a staffer, and just accidentally/deliberately responded using your personal account instead, then just say so.
@@LHyoutube mind your OWN business.
“Silly as a box of lights” is a good one. “Cut the mustard” is one you used.
It’s amazing where you can find takeaways, a local non league football side in my town do a Chinese that went viral on social media. It was stunning.
OMG... You make laugh so much!
That's one thing I couldn't do.. Eating a meal without a drink 🤔
This guy still manages to say Ciabatta wrong even though the lady in a few episodes back told him how to say it 😂
Wait 'til he goes for another Gyros

I reckon that talkative and friendly girl from the queue wouldn't have minded experiencing a bit of Fat Danny's Forearm! 😂
She would have to pull his fat rolls up first 😂

Seeing you CAN'T get decent food from ANY SUPERMARKETS OR they've SHUT DOWN. This is definitely the WAY FORWARD FOR decent food in ANY SUPERMARKETS😉

Any one else see the Morrisons guy ready to pounce when he was leaving
Danny you should try Eatime in the Merrion Center in Leeds. It just opened in January but I've been once a week since it opened and it's been a ten every time.
