Perfect rice every time - 1 cup of rice to two cups of water. Lid on, cook for ten mins. Take off heat, keep lid on and let sit for another ten mins. Works a charm!!

Re back pain - I have scoliosis so have chronic back pain. I also have an 8 month old baby who has never been ok with being put down or going in the pram. I also have dogs and horses so spend hours a day on the go. When she was little I used a wrap carrier like what you are using and I experienced a lot of pain. I stopped to the Tula free to grow and haven't had back pain since. The more structured carrier held her weight better and was a major game changer for me!

Loving the mummy vlog ❤ for back pain I love the tens and ems machine from AUVON. Depending on placement it’s good for a lymphatic drainage too. Not forgetting massage gun from HOMEDICS. Hope it helps!

I've been following along on IG but I love when you upload a vlog ☺️. Elliott is so cute, I love his little cheeks. In regards to the onion I cut it up and throw it in the freezer so it doesn't go to waste.

Oh my goodness you're doing so well. The back ache from carrying a baby who won't be put down yet is so hard.
1 - highly highly recommend an osteopath who has a postnatal speciality. Instant relief, plus advice on how to protect and rebuild your body
2 - do you have a more supportive carrier? I went to see a carrier consultant with my baby and it was a game changer. Ended up with a Kahubaby carrier, but it's really personal and to do with your body shape what's most supportive
3 - you can store spring onions in a small amount of water in a glass and they keep for ages

Huge congratulations to you all your children are beautiful and I think your great parents..followed you for a while .I remember when you had Gabriel 😊 my niece & her hubby have 3 boys born 2019 2020 & 2021..the eldest William has just turned 4 on the 7th Feb so at nursery now..they have just surprised us baby number 4 due is due in July ..I'm being biased but she really is supermum they live out in the countryside a beautiful part of the UK her hubby is a gamekeeper.. we are all hoping for a girl this time ..and she informs us no more after this 😂 ...best wishes to you all ❤Xx

I love your videos the rawness is needed I feel UA-cam is soooo fake so first thank you for that now as far as the onions I usually take a old ice tray and freeze my left over veggies or herbs in olive oil just make sure they are cut well stuff them in the ice tray and pour some olive oil over them let them freeze and then when ever you need it pop them in a pan and make a quick stir fry 😀 as far as Gabe I’m a full time working mom so I understand. What’s help me spend time with my 2 year old is watching Mrs. Rachel on youtube you can sit with him and sing the songs she also does sign so he can be learning and singing at the same time and it’s easy to get involved and spend time with him while still managing with the baby I hope this helps.

Aww baby early days make me broody - but man I remember well the struggles. Tiredness, sleepless, feedings, other child to entertain, feeding and keeping all alive - including a man. It’s amazing how we get through it is a mystery! You’ll be fine sweet x edit - broody but no thanks not again!
