Antarjaamee - At the Temple Door - Ajeet Kaur

This is the poetry of Guru Arjan Dev Ji, the fifth Guru of the Sikh tradition. These are the last two lines of the evening prayer called "Kirtan Sohila" that can be chanted before sleep to bring peace and ease to your rest. It turns our minds towards the infinite before going unconscious for sleep, or for the final sleep of dying. Once our minds are set towards the one we can peacefully drift to a place of rest.
C'est un poème de Guru Arjan Dev Ji, le cinquième Guru de la tradition sikh. Ce sont les deux dernières lignes de la prière du soir appelée "Kirtan Sohila" qui peut être chanté avant de dormir pour amener la paix et la félicité à votre repos. Il dirige nos esprits vers l'infini avant d'aller dans l'inconscience du sommeil, ou pour le dernier sommeil de la mort. Une fois que nos esprits sont orientés vers l'Unité nous pouvons pacifiquement dériver vers un lieu de repos.
