The UA-cam closed captioning is pretty accurate. Not sure if adding custom subtitles was necessary. Unless it's more of an aesthetic. Just a thought.

Bad take mate. We can read fast enough, we just don't need them. I also think they're useful, but that's why the UA-cam captions exist.
I 2nd what Cisco said. I read pretty fast and keep up no problems. It takes away from the gameplay. They are useful, but that's what the closed captioning is there for. I feel like that was a jab at the people unhappy with the change. Just an excuse to call people dumb lol. Bad take. Not everything the editors do is perfect everytime.
Hot take indeed. Burned in subtitles is just a bad idea in general. Just use UA-cams subtitle feature. You can then toggle it on and off for whoever likes it or not. That's all. Has nothing to do with reading speed.
That's not a hot take, it's just a bad take. It's like saying subtitles are needed only for those who have a hearing disorder. Just make it an option on UA-cam if they _really_ wanna implement CC. It's an fps game with a lot of items in UI HUD, and a burnt-in subtitles are just unnecessary.

Can anyone answer this? I've noticed for a long time Choco will shoot a window before vaulting in. Is there a reason for this that I'm just not seeing?
For fun but once in a while it is strategic so the other players can't hear as easily when you eventually vault through.
I think it's a part of strategy like if you just vault in enemies can assume that someone has vaulted in a nearby building but when he shoots it they'll probably assume someone is fighting nearby
