Ich finde das Rezept interessant. Ich mag nicht so sehr Schokolade. Tendiere dazu, diese eistorte nur mit Erdbeeren ua Früchten zuzubereiten. Prinzipiell ist die Torte aber lecker. Ich liebe Fruchteis mit in süße eingelegten Früchten. Ich finde, man wird viel zu sehr mit Schokolade an allem und jedem traktiert. Haben sie schon Mal ein pures Erdbeersorbet mit kleinen sahneklecksen darin probiert? Trotzdem ein leckerer eiskuchen. Danke fürs teilen. Katharina

Wow. I made something like this twice. Different flavors of course. I never knew what I made was a SemiFreddo. The recipe I followed said it was homemade ice cream without the use of an ice cream maker... 🤷♀️
