How to Make Chocolate Ice Cream with Only 3 Ingredients and Without Eggs

  • You have to try it. It's delicious. To increase the chocolate flavor or make it softer by adding or removing a tablespoon of cocoa powder.
    All absolutely natural ingredients - no edible fats and additives that all commercial ice creams have, and it is also made without eggs, meaning it is suitable for people with immunity problems, children, or pregnant women.
    There is no need for an ice cream machine nor is it necessary to stir it every 1/2 hour by taking it out of the freezer for hours. For older people, add a little rum or Cointreau if you want.
    Ingredients:
    • 2 cups or 480 ml. Milk cream or liquid cream
    • 14 oz or 400 ml. Condensed milk
    • 5 tablespoons or 1/3 cup or 40 gr. Cocoa Powder without sugar
    Preparation:
    1. In a bowl, stir the condensed milk and sifted cocoa powder until well mixed. Set aside
    2. In a large bowl, beat the cream or heavy cream until peaks form - do not overbeat or you will have butter. You already have whipped cream or Chantilly.
    3. Gently wrap the prepared condensed milk mixture in the whipped cream or Chantilly that we just made - We don't want to lower the Chantilly or Whipped Cream too much.
    4. Pour into a container (preferably metal but can be plastic) Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
    5. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
