If you're keeping the car more than a year or two, I would have used a name brand bearing, not some cheap Chinese one that will start howling in six months.
I hear ya. It was my dad's call, for what it's worth. I'm a RockAuto guy myself, for the "cheap, but still name-brand" type of parts. It is fun to see which Amazon parts somehow end up lasting years, though! I'm running no-name front hubs on a Suburban right now that have been going strong for years.
