i got 2 cockatiels and 1 is quite afraid and wont let me pet him or eat in my hand but the other one would let me but is not confortable with letting me pet him
@@chilliecheesecake they're scared of my hand maybe casue of a traumatism they got with the people that got them before "it's getting a little better since i got them"
