YES !!!!!! also wash your hair in cold water -sounds scary but actually is quite pleasant - it made my hair so healthy and strong and it grew like crazy... it also helps to flip your head upside down and massage your scalp a few times a day for 2 minutes.

Just a little tip with Olaplex - since you don’t bleach your hair or straighten it often I think you should only do the Number 3 max once every two weeks or once a month. Too much protein is really bad for your hair and will have the opposite affect! If you had super processed and damaged hair, once a week is ok. Anyways thought I should let ya know :) I only know this because I work at a hair salon haha. Also once a week lean your head off the bed so your head is upside down and massage your scalp with oils for 7 minutes - you’ll stimulate your hair to grow longer! Don’t do it more than once a week because you don’t want your scalp to get used to the stimulation! Also cutting your hair every two months getting a really small trim will make your hair grow so long so fast!

Hello Goodbye if I’ve heard something, sure. But it’s not about doing everything ethical it’s about being ethical when you can and some silly festival is an easy thing to miss out on and make an ethical choice. I’m not saying that like you said in your original comment everyone should look into every single decision they make to see if it’s ethical but something like this is super easy to say no to and not go. It’s about doing what you can to make ethical choices not making every single ethical choice which is impossible lol

Too much Biotin can cause your skin to break out. I recommend only taking one capsule a day and no more.

just a little warning biotin can cause acne/ breakouts! it works great for hair but its known for people that use it very often can breakout! you have amazing skin so doubt it will happen but just watch out!

Hiiii Cartia, If you’re wanting to try something new - Silica from the health food store is really effective for hair growth in tablet form and if you want a natural home remedy hair mask - soak a tablespoon of flaxseeds in about two cups of water for 24hrs drain the water into a jar or spray bottle (which ever is easiest for you) or put the flaxseeds in a cloth and squeeze to make a gel (I find the flaxseed water is just as effective) and mix it with a tablespoon spoon or so of olive oil put it in your hair wrap hair in a towel and leave for 30-40 minutes do this about 1-2 times a week (when wanting to wash your hair) then wash hair as normal with shampoo and conditioner :) the flaxseed protein and olive oil helps to thicken and to stimulate the roots and fast hair growth, I find this has helped me significantly and I’ve tried so many products this is definitely my favourite :)

Another tip for fast hair growth is also head massagers (which stimulates and boosts the blood circulation in your scalp) and hair masks 2x a week!! It really helps! :)
Hair care tip, when it’s wet done tie it up in a bun or at all, keeping your hair down helps, when you tie it up it breaks your hair
Two long-hair tippies for you: a Wet Hair Brush (if you don't own one already) and Sea salt spray for natural waves! I rarely use heat on my hair, these are my go-to daily products :)

Madisun Jade split your hair into sections add loads of conditioner and use your fingers to rake through your hair. I literally don’t use a hair brush or a comb anymore, you really don’t need to, I don’t lose as much hair and my hair isn’t as knotty. Then do the same thing with styling products & leave in conditioner on towel dried hair
