Do you have headlights with the sequential turn signal? Follow these wiring steps: 1. Red Power Wire: On the passenger side headlight, locate the large red wire going into the headlight plug. Wire tap into this wire with the red wire on your vent light harness. 2. Passenger Side Yellow Wire: On the passenger side headlight, locate the blue wire with a white stripe going into the headlight plug. Wire tap into this wire with the yellow wire on the passenger vent light. 3. Driver Side Yellow Wire: On the driver side headlight, locate the light purple wire with a orange stripe going into the headlight plug. Wire tap into this wire with the yellow wire on the driver side vent light. 4. Black Wire: Connect the black wire to a chassis bolt.
Unfortunately due to the way the wiring is done on new vehicles, you will not be able to use the bright/dim function. If you want the vent lights to be bright, just use the red wire on the harness. If you want the vent lights to be dim, then put the red and white wire together and wire that into the red wire on the headlight plug. This will make the vent lights always dim.
Corey. I ordered these and was able to install after u figured out wires for projector lamp headlights. Its beautiful. Thank you for all the efforts. Have a wonderful Christmas. Cheers
I have the sequential LED turn signals on my Tundra, will these vent lights be in sync when using the turn signal, or will the timing be off between them?
Passenger side large plug, larger red wire - main power, Blue w/ white stripe - turn signal. Driver side large plug, Light purple w/ orange stripe - turn signal.
The turn signal is Amber. The DRL is just white. The turn signal scrolls from top to bottom. I didn't like how it looked with the sequential turn signals, opted to use just the DRL's.
I like this look but am concerned about reducing air flow into the engine? Does this concern anyone? I have seen a set of these that are perforated like the factory pieces but are very expensive.
@ same, I’m researching online and I can’t figure out which wires are which on our style of headlights. I can’t find any other posts or videos that explain it well. I message Yotaxpedtion on their website so I’ll let you know what they say

Thank you for this. Do you know which wire is the low beam wire?

Awesome! Glad we got everything sorted out.
This is probably the best video explaining this process. Thanks and two thumbs up for you.
Thanks! Glad we could help you out!
Super clean!! 🔥
Thanks 🔥
that looks good
Will these work with my 2025 Tundra? Awesome video, explaining step by step on how to install. Thanks.
Thanks! Yes they will fit a 2025.
@yotaxpedition What if I just want the turn signal to work and not the daytime running lights? Is that possible? Thanks in advance.
looks nice, got one! :)
Thanks for the support!
I have the sequential LED turn signals on my Tundra, will these vent lights be in sync when using the turn signal, or will the timing be off between them?
They should be in sync. They are wired directly to your turn signal so the power signal will happen at the same time.
Yup, same situation here. There is no plug where the video shows on my tundra. Please advise. Thank you
Passenger side large plug, larger red wire - main power, Blue w/ white stripe - turn signal. Driver side large plug, Light purple w/ orange stripe - turn signal.
Would this install be an issue blocking the vents’ airflow ?
No issues! There isn't anything behind there that needs direct airflow.
Is there a difference in light color compared to toyota tundra lights? Are they the same color white and amber?
They are white and amber turn signas also.

I installed mines to the ignition, and the problem is that my lights come on randomly when the vehicle is off. What can I do to correct this problem.
Will this fit my 2024 Tundra Capstone Hybrid? If so, will you send me detailed installation instructions after I purchase it?
Thanks!
I think I just need some amber fog lights that fit in the factory location.
The kit we have installed on this Tundra is from Diode yotaxpedition.com/products/ss6-fog-light-kit-tundra-2022-2025

Does the white led lights stay on at night when headlights are turned on???
Yes, they stay on.
I have a 23 TRDPRO and took time out of my busy day to say this is dumb and looks awful.
Then why did you watch it 😂🤣
Thanks for the comment?
Then it must not have been that busy.
Hey Corey will this work with led turn signal. I don’t have this type of headlamp. It has projector lamp and as well as turn signal that is sequential
Installing them right now and I have the same lights as you. I can’t find the plug in for the turn signal like in the video.
@ I could not find it either. Maybe it is compatible to the one that has no led in front.
@@dm6368did you try installing them? I have mine installed in place, but I’m stuck right now trying to figure out the wiring situation.
@ I have not indtalled them. But i m making sure of wires so that i dont make a mistake. I m scared to touch it after getting confused by wires.
