This was great. I'm 73 & started a job as pizza delivery driver. I have no young folks around to help me learn this so I needed you! It will help me see what the house looks like for my delivery so I don't get the wrong house. Side note to all: mark your address clearly on mailbox or curb, etc. and turn your damn porch light on when you're ordering food.

Quite unexpected!! I was just randomly clicking on the tools on the top right side while using Gmail and noticed Google Earth icon which I am sure is ignored by many. I saw your video as the first one and learned something new just like that. Although I feel another related navigational tool by Google, Google Maps is preferred much more than this one. Users should be made aware of this fantastic Google Earth as well... Great job man!

Can you please tell me why I can in no way turn off the bright yellow addresses, and the light purple addresses? I have unchecked everything. Also, I cannot change my thumbtack to any other symbol. Can you help me, or direct me where I can get help, please. This is driving me crazy.
It's been a while since I've been on Google Earth. (6:16) I'm still using windows 7.... What has happened to this feature? I like the side view. That, and the layers?
I created a track also recorded a movie I click on either one click on
tools to create movie movie maker greyed out sometimes movie maker
has check in box but still greyed out HELP

Satellites can't see through the ground (yet). Maybe one day.

Click the central button of your mouse down and move it around as you wish.

This is the version of google earth that I have used and it was so helpful but I cannot find it anymore.
Why is Greenland seemingly the only one with snow/ ice on it?? I thought Russia and Canada and north Norway would be white as well.

Help! How can I maintain a constant altitude above ground when dragging the view around?..For example if I start moving at say 100 feet altitude I'll bump into a hill sooner or later because the altitude won't automatically follow the rising contours to stay 100 feet above them.
