That is exactly the reason why it's different from the NSHP. The Auditor General was wrong that there is a duplication of function. Poor relief houses can be repossessed by the Government if the houses were built on government land. However, the NSHP houses are never built on government land; and therefore, they are given completely to the applicants where it can be passed down for generations.
Corruption at the highest,but then again, a lot of us Jamaicans give these criminals power when it comes to election,they buy and sell us like when you market.
