I'm native of himachal.It is shame that haulage or funicular system is a quite popular in foreign countries.Its a major tourist attraction abroad.But our inefficient political and bureaucratic system has ruined such a scenic haulage in jogindernagar.It should be modernised and made safe.It has lot of tourist potential from Shaban powerhouse till bator hill station.I hope somebody is listening

Hong Kong has a similar trolley and they have capitalized it for tourism, this one attains more height then the one in Hong Kong I am so proud but disgusted with Indian gov for not capitalizing India tourism potential.
India 🇮🇳 has all the bells and whistles to attract more and more foreign tourists across the globe. But the dysfunctional government, cheap politics, corruption, lack of awareness & lack of maintenance have destroyed the moral values and ambience. Even many cities in India are not as developed as many villages of the western counties, despite having immense possibilities. The video makes us feel like being from the stone age. This railroad would have been a hotspot for tourists, if it had been updated and maintained with time. Damn Shame !!
