It's right there in the Bible. Or is some meth addict yelling and exposing himself in the middle of the street to innocent bystanders more tolerable?

I feel this. many people feel anger towards religion because of the pain it has caused them and the people they love. many christians act with condescension and anger because they fear that the people they love may go to hell and they may not be able to save them. if only we could all live more like Jesus did then we may come to understand one another. the root of all aggression is fear. with communication and understanding we can work to overcome fear.

@@nicholasharvey4393 then those people are not truly followers of Christ. Take for example the fact that Ray did not once get angry in this video nor in his other videos he posts. Take for example the person who was angry here was the atheist and some people in the crowd that did not believe. Take into account that they got angry when their beliefs were of only what they could see and touch around them. It's common knowledge now that there are other planets beyond earth. Say that again back in older times to people who only believe in what they can see and touch around them, and they could kill you just like they killed Galileo. And what do you know, he ended up being right and they killed him because they said he was crazy and it was nonsense.
RedFusion I do believe that the tendency to be angered is not a result of one's religious beliefs: most people will be angered by other people being rude and unreasonable, even if they outwardly express calm.
In this video, the atheist is angered because, from his point of view, Ray is ignoring what he's saying. Is this point of view correct? Maybe. It's mostly a matter of opinion.
I absolutely guarantee that there are religious people who get angry when their beliefs are challenged - from personal experience, despite being a fully-grown adult, I've still never told my parents that I'm an atheist: for the simple reason that on every occasion that I have questioned their religious beliefs, they *immediately* went on the defensive and started raising their voices.
I'm doubtless that you will find many other such anecdotes on the internet: and, while anecdotal evidence is notoriously untrustworthy, there are also a great deal of Christians who devote themselves to being angry at people they disagree with: just look at the Westboro Baptist Church. They're so angry that they decide to protest at the funerals of anyone who's gay, just to express their disagreement.
I'd also like to point out that your "they are not true followers of Christ" argument doesn't apply to the WBC, or anyone in general: for the simple reason that you are not capable of reading their minds to discern their beliefs. They claim to believe in Jesus, and they hold opinions that, by and large, are influenced by the Bible. It's a classic No True Scotsman fallacy: you exclude them from being "true Christians" because they, quite frankly, make Christianity look bad.
I get it: I think the dude in this video makes atheism look bad, but instead of saying he "isn't a *true* skeptic" for letting his emotions get the better of him, I just accept that there is a wide range of atheists, some of whom are just worse at keeping their tempers. The correct response, in my eyes, is to simply point out that one person does not generally speak for a whole group: for instance, instead of saying that the WBC are "not true Christians", you can point out that their opinions are considered wrong by many other Christians, and they shouldn't be used as a yardstick by which to judge Christianity as a whole.
(Also, I hope you understand that the "see and touch around them" argument is pretty bust: most atheists tend to believe scientists, and science includes many things that are invisible. I took Physics in high school, yet never used a microscope to observe an actual atom: I believe in atoms because even though I haven't seen them directly, atomic theory explains a lot of reactions that occur between objects, and I trust the scientific community overall to use accurate models.)
TL:DR: It's a No True Scotsman to exclude people from being Christians because they get angry.

I thought like they did, but once I realized I was only doing what was right in my own eyes, I realized i needed to do what was right in God's eyes instead. we all need a standard.

Also, there are many more commandments from God in the Old Testament than just the Ten Commandments. Want some examples? The Commandment to love your neighbor as you love yourself is described in the O.T. and Jesus called it the SECOND GREATEST COMMANDMENT... and that is NOT even in the Ten Commandments. The GREATEST COMMANDMENT is to "Love God with all your heart, mind and strength," and that also is NOT in the Ten Commandments.

Nope. The evolution of morality is a fascinating topic, but to put it shortly, because we know how much it sucks to do these things to others, we generally tend not to do it ourselves. Societal ethics evolve like everything else, and societies which have no morals are no society at all.

This evolution is on a societal level; basically, societies with better moral systems tend to last longer than societies without these moral systems.
For example, a society where thievery and murder are common would have fewer people and a non-functional economy. As such, it would fall apart. Meanwhile, a society with laws against such crimes would be far more stable, and could spread it's ideas to other societies.
This is referred to as 'memetic evolution', or the evolution of ideas - and yes, this concept is where the word 'meme' originated. The science of memetics names these 'social genes' 'memes'. A society with beneficial memes will be better than a society with harmful memes.

If an all powerful god exists who knows beforehand what people are going to believe in life and knows that some will go against his "plan" then he is perfectly fine with creating individuals who he will send to hell one day therefore he is responsible if he does exist. The mistake some people make is following an ideology that has no evidence to support it, one that cannot develop and one that keeps them believing things written by people thousands of years ago when morals, culture and practices were so very different. The God of the Bible is a first class sadist, a deplorable psychopath who treats his creation as disposable pawns on his chessboard and willingly creates individuals who he will send to an eternity of torment in hell.

So no because if you live a sinful lifestyle you will reap corruption you will pay the consequences and will not have everlasting life.

What we seen on the video is a prelude a sign of the intense Persecution that will happen on American soil before Jesus returns.
From all the years I’ve been Frontlines Street Witnessing seen so many evil things people do just to shut down the Word of God.
I almost got beat up on numerous occasions, I know how to fight, but will parry people’s attacks. I don’t like violence that was my past life. I try to talk to them to calm down but one of these days I already know will suffer persecution for Jesus sake.
I am ready to suffer for Him!
And if later I get killed for Jesus it was all worth it because FINALLY will be HOME with Jesus Christ in complete joy.
His plan won't work. You have to truly believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and repent of your sins. When you truly believe in Jesus as God, you will want to live a Godly life and not do what the world holds high. Good works does not save you, but faith without works is dead.

I am very encouraged by tho video. I was once a atheist who hated God and didn’t know about Jesus. Now I am a born again Christian in a country where only 0.5% of the population is Christian.
I am currently living in America with my husband and beautiful daughter, but we feel we are called to go back to my country to preach the gospel. It will be hard, for most of people will not listen. But I will what God says me to do, under persecution. Things on earth is temporary, but his words are etarnal. I just can’t thank enough for God who found me in darkness and calls me I am a child of God who is broken but loved so much that I can never comprehend by God. He showed his love first through death of his son. And he arouse victoriously!!
Only thing I can do is to thank and love God in return. An ordinary person who hated God before, I can offer nothing to him, but I will do what he says me to do. All for his glory!!!!

What I didn't realize when I lived like that, was that giving up my sin was actually breaking chains I didn't know I was wearing. Such a weight was removed when I took the yoke with Jesus. A relationship with the creator is the single most important thing we will ever do. He designed us! He knows what will bring us joy.
We cannot have peace with God until we surrender to His will. It is sad, the chains these guys carry.
I'm very thankful for this ministry, I am learning a ton and hope to break out of my she'll soon and serve Jesus more.

What a shame. How burdensome to try to give the Good News to an already largely hardened audience over the voice of a screaming devil. I pray that God allows the Gospel to penetrate through the noise and even brings that shouting fool to repentance.
this is nothing new my friend. Jesus said "the world hates me because I speak of their wrong doings " you best believe that the enemy is working extra hard because he's knows his time is almost up.
I wouldn’t call it “Good News”, exactly. Ray even brought out the point that God apparently killed a man just for “sinning”, and can do the same to anybody now. That sounds more like a gang leader ordering people to bow to him or else he’ll torture them forever. I don’t think any of this is true, but this sort of thing scares people into religion and I think it’s horrible. It would be different if there was any evidence at all for God’s existence.
you do know that it was religious people that killed Jesus right? it's not about religion, God hates when we as people try to put him in a category. You don't understand that God shows himself to different people. he makes miracles happen and sends dreams and visions to people but because alot of people are too stubborn and won't give him a chance then they wonder why God doesn't give them what they want in life.

He loves all of us, _despite_ the complete and utter _messes_ we've made of our lives, and despite our denying Him. Humble your heart, cry out, "God, I don't understand You! So... all knowing god gives men 10 commandments to follow, while knowing men can't follow them because this god created men broken.
Then god waits a few centuries, then generously sends his son to be sacrified to forgive us for not being able to follow the 10 commandments because we are created broken? I know god is supposed to work is mysterious ways, but this goes beyond mysterious.

It's not that you praying for me annoys me, it's just that I don't deserve it any more than the next fellow. In fact, if you really want to pray for someone, pray for people who are in trouble, pray for people who lost someone, people who lost their home in a natural disaster, pray for people who face actual hardships, because everything's fine for me.
