At 1m 15s you say "reactive component charging is a lot higher than the real component charging" I think you are incorrectly comparing kWh (note the "h") with rkVA. However surely these are not comparible in this way. The true comparison should be kW DEMAND CHARGE £13.15 per kW vs rkVA Demand Charge $ 0.15 per rkVA I interpret these as being the peak demand either provided or allowed for. That is, the power delivery capacity of the supply. The rkva charge is therefore pretty small.
