    A- This is quite nice. I want three different properties:
    1- A large sprawling villa on the seafront with soft, white sand or coral beach and warm, waist-high crystalline water.
    I want this to have views of an ocean, a beach and a bay, and a direct walking-access to a beach.
    The bay and the ocean will paint their own live, ever-changing mosaic of ships trudging, in close proximity, and heaving, in the distance.
    The beach will paint another one with the sunbathers, the surf, the clouds, and the sunsets.
    2- A very large country property consisting of a vast, plain expanse and gentle, climbable hills, surrounded by towering mountains
    I would want this to have views of and direct access to a lake or a river, and a towering mountain(s) across it.
    3- A spread-out penthouse with a very large terraced area, right in the middle of the bustle in a major metropolis, just a few steps from bustling nightlife and cafes.
    I want this to have views of and direct access to a street and the cityscape beyond it.
    B- I want multiple, large, wide-open indoor and outdoor living, social and recreational spaces on every property.
    C- Except for the metropolitan penthouse, on which I'd still like to have a pool, a bar, and a terraced garden, I'd want a tennis court, a basketball pitch, a large ground(for playing soccer with my kids), and extensive trails (to trek on foot and explore on horseback).
    D- Except for the country homes, I'd want all properties to be close to a metro, a major highway, a marina, and bustling nightlife spots.
    E- I intend to settle in Italy and England. Israel is too politically unstable and violent for my palate.
    E- The properties and vehicles that I would like to buy are the following:
    1- The Reservation Ranch in California: This is 1600 acres of the most spectacular landscape comprising miles of beaches on the Pacific Ocean to sunbathe, surf, scuba dive and set off on a yachting expedition from; miles of frontage on the Smith River to kayak, canoe, hunt and fish; miles of hills to trek and ride through; and a vast plain expanse to explore on horseback, ATV and a helicopter. It has adequate land and the requisite topography for a personal airstrip and a dock. Finally, it offers numerous farming and tourism venues to pay for the facilities, services and staff for the upkeep of the properties.
    This property is very remote and in a Tsunami and earthquake zone, but I'll take my chances with it.
    I also like the Las Varas Ranch, which is much closer to civilization.
    Shasta and Mendocino counties also have spectacular landscapes.
    2- I would also like to buy the Diamond Tail Ranch, but, perhaps, even settle for the Stealey Mountain Ranch or another large property near Telluride that could pay for its own upkeep.
    3- I like the Bear Tooth Ranch (Mel Gibson's)in Montana, but could settle for another large ranch close to Bozeman.
    4- I'll buy the penthouse with 6,000sft of covered area and 4,000sft of terraces and a 37ft pool on Riverside Dr. NYC.
    5- I'd buy the Aquadisia in Florida.
    6- I'd buy the Blue Island in Exuma.
    7- I'd buy the Selva Neuva wilderness in Costa Rica and a Chilean topographically diverse ranch in Patagonia.
    8- I'll buy the Palawan Islands in rhe Philippines.
    9- I'll buy the 3,000 acre coastal retreat in Grosetto Italy; a seafront property in Porto Rotondo; a lakefront property on Lake Maggiore; and a Penthouse in Milan.
    10- Finally, I'll buy a Falcon 900 LX private jet, an Airbus H145 helicopter, a Grumman G111 amphibious aircraft, the Spirit of Venice sailing ketch, and the Alucia/Odyssey expedition yacht.
    F- I prefer multiple, large, wide-open, living, social and recreational spaces with plenty of natural light and a grand, masculine aesthetic palate with large dimensions/proportions, robust furniture, and contemporary wall hangings, as in the following properties:

    Why are you quoting prices in US $? Also, way too high for JVC.

      Sorry, we forgot to specify the price in AED in this video. JVC is in high demand for long-term apartment rentals. Therefore, the price is not so high for a fast-growing and developing area.
