Yep, you're right Anthony, I was screaming at you through the computer! You didn't hear me though.. 1. I usually wait until my coal have burned down and turned white to place the grate on 2. I place the meat on a clean grate, I never use foil 3. You have gotten so good on editing...👍 4. Looks so relaxing..ENJOY your time there and THANKS for sharing
Yes, sorry for butting it this thread but if you put the foil under the coals and then it makes for easy bottom grill clean up... then you can have that smoked flavor.

What I do is rip some of the paper from the charcoal bag it’ll light fast put a few lil papers around the charcoal also if u have any oil we put a little when cooking if the flame goes out and it’ll start right back up and the only way u won’t have eyebrows is if u don’t move that charcoal bag away from the grill lmao
Have fun! Just a suggestion when you able you maybe want to invest in a small pop up Rv it’s small and you can storage it in a unit. So you can camp more often. Have good weekend.
