Doppstadt INVENTHOR 9 und AK 640 K - Maximum Grinding with no fear!

Take a look at our two top models of mobile shredders fearlessly grinding a huge mountain of old wood. More than 100 tons per hour of finished material in the grain size of 0-150 mm are being processed here continuously for a biomass power plant.
The INVENTHOR 9, our largest pre shredder, is equipped with a 2-ton overbelt cross magnet, ensuring maximum FE removal. The next stage of shredding is handled by the AK 640 K. This machine is equipped with a 3D rear basket technology designed for processing old wood, which limits oversize materials and reduces fines. Both machines, when combined, offer maximum resistance to contaminants.
With such high throughput, the volumes of input and output materials constantly fluctuate. However, for the operator, it's easy to maneuver and adjust this mobile shredding combination using a remote control right from the site. This single-operator system makes the entire process even more efficient and economical.
