While you're here - here's some more about binaural beats. Binaural beats therapy requires a person to listen to different sound frequencies without any distractions, and in a comfortable space.
The purpose of binaural beats is to get your brain to a specific wave frequency associated with a certain state of consciousness. So in our case that would be the Alpha brain wave state as that corresponds to pain and stress relief. Scientific research has shown that binaural beats and music therapy in general is indeed effective for pain relief.

I had my left kidney removed in 2015 & ever since I randomly get muscles spasms in the spot where it once was.. there's nothing I can do about it besides take some Panadol, do stretches etc & rest.. but doesn't help much at all. It limits my movement & is extremely painful. Just about the same level of pain I had when the bad kidney was there... And these binaural beats or guided meditations to help with pain work a treat. 💯 Recommend them.

What your describing sounds like neuro pathway pain. Similar to phantom pain. D
For some reason your brain continues to generate sensations of pain where there is no longer any injury or disease. I’ve found relief from chronic pain using techniques described by Alan Gordon, LCSW, Howard Schubiner, MD., and Nicole Sachs, LCSW, among others. You might find it helpful to visit ppdassociation.org/ or tmswiki.org for more information. Also, search UA-cam for informative videos by the aforementioned individuals. The late Dr. John Sarno was a pioneer in Mindbody pain and wrote a book that you might appreciate called the Mindbody Prescription. Hope this helps!

@@ImHandlingIt Thank you so much for this. Similarly to the person you're replying to, I have lots of tension and tightness in my side following a kidney stone 3 years ago. It's very debilitating and is constant, thank you for your resources, I'll definitely check them out.
