Me and my friend use to play this part over and over in the OG Halo 2 restarting the mission after beating the Hunters.
The bulldog is so weak; was that 4 or 5 head shots and it did little damage.

I think outskirts was already made and when AI dropped they quickly added spawn points for them and posted it.
