We were in the Albion for one after the game and chatting to the Palace fans was a pleasure, they were really impressed with us as a club and our supporters. Mutual respect!!!

The magic of the cup brought us together but what resulted from this tie is a new found kinship that will live long in the memory for us Palace fans. Despite the result this was a day all of us Poolies should be so proud of. Such a short time since the nightmare of us losing our club seemed a very real possibility all at HUFC have proved ours is a truly special club.
