This is such a beautiful line. A lot of times we think God has turned our back on us, or is not paying attention to what we are going through. But it’s the complete opposite. He’s right there with us, feeling every moment of happiness, sadness, anger, and fear we will ever have. And when we are sad, he is also sad too. He’s our father, and parents never want their children to cry. But what we go through is for a purpose and will help build strength and a better relationship with God. He puts us through things to build us up. Just remember that no matter what you go through in life, God would never give you a battle you can’t handle. And you will come out of that battle stronger than ever before❤️

The Lord is always closest to the broken. There were times where I thought God wasn't there but years later, looking back, I now see He was always there, helping me. Don't cease in prayer. He is listening.

I’ve been walking through so many hard things in my life. I have always felt like music has gotten me through, so one night I prayed and asked God to write me a song. This one feels like the answer to my prayer. Like he’s speaking directly to me.

I was walking my children to school this morning listening to a song called your gona be ok from hillsong and this song randomly came on my phone was in my pocket so I didn’t even touch my phone I think the lord put this song on for me to tell me he is with me he is perfect and shows us in many ways he is my saviour my love my whole heart and no matter what he will always be with me even if I lose the thing that I love or did love he will always be with me my lord amen 🙏 ❤

A friend who sends you these kind of songs that speak to your situation, speak Life and reminds you of how Jesus cares and comforts you and continuously see the Light He has put and will be with you even in darkness is a friend worth keeping. Heard this for the first time while they were on tour in Elkhart, IN…and I bawled in that theatre. These were words I needed to hear from the Lord. All of them resonate with my depression and struggling to trust that I was made for a greater purpose and strong calling, as the Lord has told me before. I can’t see what the Lord sees in me.
