There is a high chance that you could've found the same circuit in the datasheet of the IC. These modules are usually "typical application" from datasheets.
Thank you, great video. One question: What is the best way to find out the exact component/s that are placed on a PCB that we are reverse engineering? In some cases, the component names (eg an IC) are not mentioned properly on the pcb. So how do we work this out? Thanks again.
Thank you for sharing the video. I couldn't help but notice that your hand seems to be in need of a bit of hydration. Perhaps a touch of moisturizer might do wonders? 😅
I'm trying to reverse engineer a split keyboard pcb, is there a way to know if there is more than one layer or someone knows how I could reverse-engineer the iris split keyboard pcb? I can't buy it from my country and I really want it 😅
you dont have to reverse engineer it. there are several guides on making your own keyboard pcbs, such as one by ai03. you could make your own pcb according to your own wants and needs, and then just create a pcb of similar shape and size, with matching switch footprint locations to fit into the keyboard. btw, it wouldnt really be that cheap to do this. also, keyboard pcbs are almost always 2 layers, because they just simply dont need 4 layers. it becomes pretty expensive at that size and there is literally no need when 2 layers is always enough.
Hi! I currently use this one: aliexpress.com/item/1005001406805469.html But I would recommend that you buy this one instead as it's better: aliexpress.com/item/4000958970634.html

where to buy the wire brush
arent pcbs made from FR4 or fiberglass? should ventilate if cutting a pcb
Looks like a good instruction, unfortunately the music made it impossible for me to concentrate on what you are saying.

I've seen those boards in their shop and those are most likely 2 layer PCBs.

Hi, this has nothing to do with the video but can you send me the link of the micro screen you use for your vr headset please.
