Thanks Zenmart for the root of all roots about why "Vos" is not used in Mexico any more after many many years....ahi serca de cuando la pelicula apocalypto salio..: is just a joke :)
that is some different kind of Spanish i believe it's vosotros form, like castellano. I've never heard it spoken that way in mexico of course i don't live in mexico.
It's actually andalusian spanish. In Mexico they speak a mixture of Andalusian (andaluz) and Castilian (castellano) spanish because at one point in history the pronoun Vos was used in Mexico but it was abolished by the Spanish crown. In the past, southern Spanish people used the pronouns Vos & Ustedes.....in the north they used the pronouns Tu & Vosotros. When the pronoun vos was abolished from Mexico the kept the pronoun Uds. Thats why currently they use the pronoun Tu & Uds in Mexico.
Well in fact is just plain spanish / castellano like you said, but using "vos" in Honduras, Argentina, Colombia and El Salvador is like using "tu" any whre else in Latin America.... :)

Tata, no!
Hubieran escogido una actriz hondureña. Se escucha muy falso el "voseo" sin acento centroamericano.
