He works slower and the dough is thicker than any other vendors I've seen in other videos, but I certainly would put this stall on the top of my list just because of the clean oil and VERY clean work station

I think he was faster back in the day but our bodies grow weaker after a certain point.
Since that’s fish paste and not dough, you actually get a lot more fish cake for your money than with other vendors who roll the fish paste more thinly.
