**Cut into drumette and wingette, and cut few slits on them
Good amount of rice flour (for coating the chicken and deep fry)
Marinade:
1 red fermented bean curd
Some red yeast sauces
A little bit of oyster sauce
A cap of Shao Hsing cooking wine
Few dashes of white pepper
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of salt
Few drops of Ong Ky premium fish sauce
