Super crispy coconut root cake is a must have during Eid

In this video I will make coconut root cake ½ kg of flour, just 2 eggs, the result is super duper crispy, super savory, just the right amount of sweetness, really delicious, must try!
The ingredients are:
2 eggs
140 grams of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon salt
450 grams of white glutinous rice flour
50 grams of rice flour
1 teaspoon of instant coconut milk
130 grams of margarine
130 ml of water
80 grams of white sesame
